Must have a Kansas RN license, and in good standing with the State Board of Nursing. CPR certified and able to obtain/maintain ACLS, PALS, and TNCC. Prefer previous administrative and supervisory experience.
A brief summary includes the following: direct all levels of nursing service in Acute Care, ER, skilled swing-bed and outpatient services. Possess a mindset of “leading
by example” and ability to supervise, coach and mentor the nursing staff. Requires a genuine interest in nursing and in the development and research of nursing care for
the patient and the facility as a whole according to HCHC’s mission, vision and values.
