Must have a Kansas RN license, and in good standing with the State Board of Nursing. CPR certified.
A brief summary includes the ability to assess, plan, implement, evaluate, and provide direct nursing care to patients. Supervise the day-to-day nursing activities
performed by nursing assistants. Supervision must be in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations that govern the facility, and as may be required by the ISB Nurse Leader to ensure that the highest degree of quality care is maintained at all times. As the charge nurse you are delegated the administrative authority, responsibility, and accountability necessary for carrying out your assigned duties.
